Villa Tre Ville
Villa Tre Ville is one of Amalfi Coast’s more renowned gem. The Villa is located in Positano and sits high up on one of its cliffs. An elevator offers direct access to the underlying beach, dropping several stories through bedrocks. Rooms and luxury suites overlook the wonderful coastline.
A small curiosity: Villa Tre Ville, as the name suggests, was originally a three-independent villas estate, home of Franco Zeffirelli, Italy’s celebrated film director.
We are now right in the heart of the Amalfi Coast, in Ravello. Villa Cimbrone lies perched on the lip of a sheer-sided spur high above the sea. A 6-hectare park surrounds the estate, with its statues, fountains, antiques, overlooking the Amalfi coastline.
Villa Cimbrone is renowned for its gardens, which makes it a unique venue: pergolas and other twisted stems and branches of climbing plants lead the guests towards Terrazzo dell’Infinito, a terrace adorned with classic statues. The terrace offers a great view over Cilento’s mountains.
Villa Cimbrone’s complex main building is a unique venue for those couples looking for a romantic location where to celebrate their love story.
Belmond Hotel Caruso
One of Italy’s best luxury hotels, Belmond Hotel Caruso was a former 11th-century palace set on a cliff-edge at 1.000ft above sea level. A fairy-tale location offering everything you would dream of for your big day.
Hotel Belmond Caruso has been entirely renovated throughout the years, and it’s today able to guarantee high-quality standards. The ceilings and walls decorated with frescos are, themselves, authentic masterpieces.
Convento di Amalfi
Convento di Amalfi is a 13th-century monastery known today as NH Collection Grand Hotel. The hotel is perched on a clifftop at 250ft above sea level, offering a spectacular view over the Amalfi coastline. The building was renovated several times throughout the years, particularly during the Baroque period. Today its spaces are open to those couples dreaming of a sensational destination wedding!
Wedding ceremonies are held into a chapel and its 13th-century cloister. The gorgeous terrace overlooking the sea, and the indoor panoramic restaurant, allow guests to enjoy the sea view at any moment. A suggestive “infinity pool” and the famous “Passeggiata dei Monaci” convey to the hotel its picturesque charm.
Bellevue Syrene is a 5-star hotel perched over the sea, with a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples, and the Vesuvius in the background. It is one of the most famous hotels in Sorrento, located within a natural scenery and a breath-taking landscape.
The legend goes that this place, set between rocks and sea, was so beautiful that the Mermaids chose it as their home. Born as a Roman patrician residence, and then turned into a private villa, the hotel owes its present name to the Mermaids’ (Sirens) legend.
Palazzo Avino, a former 12th-century noble residence, is a highly prestigious reception venue located right in the heart of Amalfi Coast, in Ravello. It was inaugurated in 1997, after a full renovation of the former palace, known as Palazzo Sasso, had taken place.
Today Palazzo Avino hotel offers finely furnished rooms and suites, embellished with antique furniture. The hotel’s location (at about 1150ft above sea level) guarantees a unique and uncontaminated view over the Gulf and its cliffs. The services Limousine and Helicopter make Palazzo Avino the ideal venue for a luxury wedding.
